This document sets out a series of guidelines and comments regarding the main contractual clauses expected to be included in PPP contracts in Romania (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractual Guide”).

The purpose of this Contractual Guide is to assist the contracting authorities and entities in Romania in understanding the purpose and effect of the main contractual clauses included in PPP contracts, as well as in determining whether and how to use, supplement, or adapt them in the context of specific PPP projects.
